Die O.CT Tuning, gegründet im Jahr 1994, ist aus einer Leidenschaft entstanden und gehört zur Oberscheider Car World. Mit Hauptsitz in Lustenau (A) als Vertretung für die EU wurde auch ein Standort in Widnau (CH) für die Schweizer Kunden errichtet. O.CT Tuning ist professioneller Tuner für alle Fahrzeuge aus dem VAG Konzern. Aktuelles Projekt ist der neue 2019er Dodge RAM 1500 5.7 V8 HEMI, welcher vom O.CT Tuning-Team einen Leistungs-Kit in Form eines Kompressor bekommen hat.
Der Umbausatz von O.CT Tuning beinhaltet einen Kompressor-Kit, ein geändertes Motormanagement, die fahrzeugspezifische Anpassung der ECU-Software sowie die Aufhebung der Vmax. Das Ergebnis der Umbaumaßnahmen sind eine Leistungsentfaltung von 480 PS (= 353 kW) anstelle der 401 Serien-PS (= 295 kW) sowie 660 Nm maximales Drehmoment statt 555 Serien-Nm. Das macht den Dodge RAM vom Lastesel zum Rennpferd. Die nach dem Umbau durch O.CT Tuning zur Verfügung gestellte Performance macht spürbar mehr Druck in der Längsdynamik und ein agileres Ansprechverhalten im Alltagsgebrauch, was dem Fahrer immer wieder ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert.
Als einziger Anbieter stellt O.CT Tuning die 2019er Dodge RAM Modelle mit Kompressor-Kit bereit und hat somit ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal am Tuninghimmel. Established in 1994, O.CT Tuning emerged out of a passion and belongs to the Oberscheider Car World. Headquartered in Lustenau (A) as a representative for the EU, another location in Widnau (CH) was established for Swiss customers. O.CT Tuning operates as a professional tuner for all vehicles from the VAG Group. The passion for capacity-strong engines has sparked the challenge to become specialized in compressor conversion, which has inevitably led to the US models. The current project is the latest 2019 Dodge RAM 1500 5.7 V8 HEMI, which has been equipped with a compressor power kit by the O.CT tuning team.
This conversion kit by O.CT Tuning includes a compressor kit, a modified engine management system, the vehicle-specific adaptation of the ECU-software, as well as the elimination of the Vmax.
The result of the upgrade are a power delivery of 480 hp (= 353 kW) and 660 Nm of maximum torque, instead of the 401 standard horsepower (= 295 kW) and 555 series Nm. That transforms the Dodge RAM from hatchet to racehorse. The improvements by O.CT Tuning provides perceptible more pressure in the longitudinal dynamics and a more agile response in everyday use, which conjures a smile in the driver’s face over and over again.
