Auch wenn es still geworden ist in all den Monaten um die «Manufaktur der Individualisten», heisst dies nicht, dass wir bei Dähler Design & Technik GmbH untätig sind. Im Gegenteil. In stiller und leiser Art und Weise betreuen wir unsere langjährigen und loyalen Wiesmann-Kunden mit ihren einmaligen und tollen Wiesmann-Fahrzeugen mit allen Mitteln, die uns seit der Involvenz der Wiesmann-Manufaktur noch zur Verfügung stehen.
Dähler Design & Technik GmbH aus Belp bei Bern in der Schweiz kümmert sich weiterhin um die gesamte Wiesmann-Reihe:
• Wiesmann Roadster MF25/28/30 (heute bereits «Youngtimer»),
• Wiesmann Roadster MF3,
• Wiesmann Roadster & GT MF4/-S,
• Wiesmann Roadster & GT MF5 sowie
• alle Wiesmann Spezial- und Anniversary-Fahrzeuge.
Diese höchst individualisierten Fahrzeuge repräsentieren nach wie vor die ganze Bandbreite sportli- cher Coupés und Roadster – hergestellt in Handarbeit.
Die Marke und Firma Wiesmann steht dank einer neuen Investorengruppe kurz vor der Neupositi- onierung. Die Zukunft wird zeigen, in welche Richtung es gehen wird. Es ist uns daher ein grosses Anliegen, allen aktuellen BesitzerInnen und FahrerInnen eines Wiesmann Roadster oder GT mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Beim Unterhalt und der P ege wie auch bei der Reparatur und bei der individuellen Optimierung mit Einzelkomponenten bis hin zur spezi schen Abstimmung als Komplettfahrzeug.
Trotz der Tatsache, dass zur Zeit (noch) keine neuen Fahrzeuge der Marke Wiesmann produziert und aufgebaut werden, besteht die Nachfrage bei bestehenden Kunden in der Schweiz und im Ausland nach noch mehr Individualität für ihren Wiesmann Roadster oder ihr Wiesmann Coupé.
Für alle Wiesmann-Modelle entwickelte Dähler in all den Jahren Optimierungen und Individualisie- rungen, die grösstenteils europaweit homologiert wurden. Das komplette Angebot für Wiesmann von Dähler hier im Detail aufzuführen würde den Rahmen sprengen. Aber zumindest das breite Angebot an (auch heute noch lieferbaren) Leistungssteigerungen «built by dÄHLer» – auf Wunsch immer mit der passenden Edelstahlabgasanlage kombiniert – ist in folgender Tabelle ersichtlich:

Für eine weitere Steigerung der Agilität sorgt das auf das auf jeden Wiesmann abgestimmte Ge- windefahrwerk «built by dÄHLer», das eine Anpassung des Höhenstandes sowie eine in 16 Stufen einstellbare Zug- und Druckstufe bietet (kann separat und unabhängig voneinander eingestellt wer- den). Mit den beinahe unzähligen verschiedenen Einstellungen kann der Roadster oder GT optimal auf die Besonderheiten der Strecke(n) und die Vorlieben des Fahrers eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich verbauen wir unsere bewährte 8-Kolben-Hochleistungsbremsanlage mit bis zu 400 Millimeter gros- sen Bremsscheiben – ebenfalls «built by dÄHLer».
Insbesondere für die MF5-Modelle bieten wir Spoiler an Front und Heck zur Erhöhung des Abtriebes und zur spürbaren Verbesserung der Fahrbahrkeit und Präzision bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten. Und auch beim Interieur wird auf Kundenwunsch «Hand angelegt», im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, immer mit dem gewissen «dÄHLer-Touch». Die Verbesserungen der Audioanlagen runden das Individualisierungs-Programm ab.
Zusammen mit «powered by dÄHLer» (Leistungssteigerungen für BMW-Motoren) wird «built by dÄHLer» immer mehr zum Prinzip. Nach Gewindefahrwerken, Hochleistungsbremsanlagen und Edelstahlabgasanlagen aus eigener Entwicklung und Produktion steht auch das erste Rad aus eigener Fertigung bereit: «dÄHLer CDC1». Für Wiesmann Roadster und GT in den Dimensionen 9,0 x 20 (VA) und 10,5 x 20 (HA) oder 9,0 x 21 (VA) und 10,5 x 21 (HA)!
Summa summarum stellen Wiesmann-Sportwagen auch heute noch vergleichbare «Konkurrenz- produkte» (wenn es denn diese wirklich gibt) klar in den Schatten. Aufgrund der jahrzehntelangen Erfahrung verstehen die Spezialisten aus Belp bei Bern eben diese komplexe Interaktion aller Komponenten.
Der Fokus von Dähler Design & Technik GmbH liegt eindeutig auf Sportlichkeit. Silence does not mean inactivity!
Dähler Design & Technik GmbH has kept quiet about its «Manufacture of the Individualists» throughout the months, but we have not been in an idle mode at all. Quite the opposite.
We quietly look after our long-time and loyal Wiesmann clients and their unique and outstanding Wiesmann vehicles. And we proceed with all available resources after the Wiesmann manufacture went insolvent.
Dähler Design & Technik GmbH located in Belp near Bern in Switzerland continues to look after the complete Wiesmann series:
• Wiesmann Roadster MF25/28/30 (nowadays already a «Youngtimer»),
• Wiesmann Roadster MF3,
• Wiesmann Roadster & GT MF4/-S,
• Wiesmann Roadster & GT MF5 as well as
• all Wiesmann Special- and Anniversary-Vehicles.
These highly individualized automobiles continue to represent the whole range of sporty coupes and roadster – crafted by skilled hands.
Thanks to a new group of investors, the brand name as well as the company Wiesmann are on the verge of a repositioning process. The future will indicate where the journey is taking them.
Accordingly, it is a matter of major concern for us to provide excellent advice and assistance to any current driver and owner of a Wiesmann Roadster or GT. This means, during maintenance and care intervals, as well as repairs and individual optimization with single components until the specific alignment of the whole vehicle.
As as matter of fact, no current Wiesmann vehicles are under development or production (not yet).
However, the individualization of their Wiesmann Roadster or Wiesmann Coupe from customers in Switzerland and abroad is in demand.
Throughout the years Dähler developed optimization and individualization for all Wiesmann models. Most of them have been homologated Europe-wide. It would go beyond the scope to list the full Dähler range for Wiesmann in detail.

An individually adjusted and carefully aligned performance coil-over suspension system «built by dÄHLer» provides an additional and distinctive increase in the agility for each Wissmann.
The suspension system offers a height level adjustment and a 16 level rebound and compression stage (each level can be adjusted separately and independently of one another). The almost countless options allows it to adapt the Roadster or the GT optimal to the special characteristics of the road(s) and the preferences of the driver. In addition we install our well-proven 8-pistons-high-performance-brake-system with massive 400 millimeter brake discs – also «built by dÄHLer».
Especially for the series MF5, we offer a spoiler for the front and the rear in order to increase the down-force, improve the rideability and precision noticeable during high speed. Literally, the interior can receive a striking upgrade to add a certain «dÄHLer-Touch» at the customer’s request. The modification of the audio equipment completes the individualization perfectly.
Together with «powered by dÄHLer» (power update for BMW aggregates), the motto «built by dÄHLer» will become more and more the main principle. Following the performance coil-over suspension system, the high-performance brake unit and the stainless steel exhaust system, all developed and produced in-house, the first wheel by our own manufacturing is now available: «dÄHLer CDC1». For the Wiesmann Roadster and for the GT in the dimensions 9,0 x 20 (FA) and 10,5 x 20 (RA) or 9,0 x 21 (FA) and 10,5 x 21 (RA)!
Altogether the Wiesmann sports vehicles totally outshine comparable «competitive products» (if they are really out there) today. Because of their decade-long experience, the specialist in Belp near Bern understand the complex interaction of all components very well.
